Transport

Attendees joining from the Sydney office will need to make their own way to and from Coogee Bay Boutique Hotel.  

 

Accommodation 

Accommodation will be provided for one night (Tuesday 26 August 2025) at Coogee Bay Boutique Hotel for all Sydney office attendees..

 

Parking

Parking is available on site for those wishing to drive to Coogee Bay Boutique Hotel. This must be arranged in advance so please let Elisabetta know at your earliest if you wish to secure parking.

Arrival and departure

Attendees from outside of Sydney are encouraged to arrive in Sydney on Monday 25 August 2025 due to our early start on Tuesday 26 August 2025. Day 2 (Wednesday 27 August 2025) is scheduled to conclude at 16:00 therefore flights out of Sydney should be arranged for those due to depart after 18:00 on Wednesday evening or Thursday (flight dependent). 

We welcome attendees spending additional days working from the Sydney office to collaborate with teams based in Sydney – this is dependent on manager approval for additional accommodation costs.

Attendees joining from outside of Sydney will have flights and accommodation coordinated by Elisabetta Turchi. Elisabetta will be in contact with everyone to arrange.

Accommodation

Monday 25 August 2025: Accommodation will be provided at Coogee Bay Boutique Hotel unless CBD is required and requested. 

 

Tuesday 26 August 2025: Accommodation will be provided at Coogee Bay Boutique Hotel. .

 

Wednesday 27 August 2025: For those departing Sydney on Thursday or Friday, accommodation will be arranged in Sydney CBD.  

Transfers

Attendees will make their own way to and from the airport. When travelling on the same flight as other DUAL employees, we encourage sharing airport transfers.
