Dress code: Blue and white coloured clothing. Santorini chic with breezy linens, bold prints and relaxed luxury.

Each attendee has a full access pass, granting them the freedom to enter and exit the marketplace at their convenience.

Everyone is assigned one morning shift during which they must be present at the stand. If you cannot attend your designated morning shift, it is your duty to arrange for someone to cover for you.

Beyond the assigned morning shift, it is essential for everyone to coordinate as a team to ensure there are always 3-4 people at the stand.

Everyone is required to pick up their exhibitor passes on Sunday 22 March 2026 from the registration desk at GCCEC. These can be collected between 11:00 - 16:30 at the registration desk, located in Foyer B which is on the Ground Level, entrance from the main entrance near the Gold Coast Highway. Please ensure you collect these before the Welcome Function.

Registration desk opening times:

• Sunday 22 March - 11:00 - 16:30
• Monday 23 March - 07:30 - 15:00
• Tuesday 24 March - 08:00 - 15:00

Everyone must wear their lanyards at all times during the convention including the welcome function and gala dinner otherwise you will be denied access.

Breakfast, morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea for all exhibitors will be served 30 minutes before the listed start time (to ensure everyone has a chance to eat and still be on the stand during peak times).
