Flights
Arrival: Please schedule your flight to arrive in Sydney before 16:00 on Monday 23 November.
Departure: Please schedule your flight to depart from Sydney after 13:30 on Thursday 26 November.
Flight costs to and from Sydney for interstate travellers are the responsibility of the attendee/key partner broker.
Accommodation
Monday 23 November 2026: Accommodation will be provided at Paradox Sydney, located at 27 O'Connell St, Sydney.
Tuesday 24 November 2026: Accommodation will be provided in the Blue Mountains.
Wednesday 25 November 2026: Accommodation will be provided in the Blue Mountains.
Transfers
Bus transfers will be provided from Sydney to the Blue Mountains on Tuesday and from the Blue Mountains back to Sydney on Thursday. On Thursday you can be dropped off at either the DUAL Sydney office or Sydney Airport.

Accommodation has been arranged for interstate and regional NSW travellers at Paradox Sydney on Monday 23 November 2026.
Blue Mountains accommodation
Each attendee will stay in a shared two-person glamping tent in the scenic Blue Mountains.
Attendees of the same gender will be paired to share a glamping tent.
