Flights
Arrival: Please schedule your flight to arrive in Sydney before 16:00 on Sunday 16 November.
Departure: Please schedule your flight to depart from Sydney after 13:00 on Wednesday 19 November.
Flight costs to and from Sydney for interstate travellers are the responsibility of the attendee/key partner broker.
Accommodation
Sunday 16 November 2025: Accommodation will be provided at Paradox Sydney for interstate travellers.
Monday 17 November 2025: Accommodation will be provided in the Blue Mountains.
Tuesday 18 November 2025: Accommodation will be provided in the Blue Mountains.
Transfers
Interstate travellers are responsible for arranging their own transport from Sydney airport to the accommodation. We recommend taking an Uber, a taxi, or taking the train to Wynyard Station, which is a short walk from the accommodation.
Buses will transport attendees to the Blue Mountains on Monday and return to Sydney on Wednesday, with drop-off at either the DUAL Sydney office or Sydney Airport.

Accommodation for interstate travellers has been arranged at Paradox Sydney for Sunday 16 November. The hotel is located at 27 O'Connell St, Sydney NSW 2000. A booking confirmation will be sent by email.
Blue Mountains accommodation
Each attendee will stay in a shared two-person glamping tent in the scenic Blue Mountains.
Attendees of the same gender and brokerage will be paired to share a glamping tent.
