3. I donate 10% of my time to my Mental Health Ambassador role for the charity Black Dog Institute.

1. I have been with DUAL for 19 years working in Melbourne, Perth and Sydney. 
2. I’m a husband and father of 2 amazing little boys. 
3. I’ve received a kidney transplant from my mum in 2011.

1. I’ve been in the insurance industry for over 40 years, with various underwriting and management roles across Asia Pacific in both Financial Lines insurance and reinsurance.
2. In March 2004, together with Damien Coates, I founded DUAL Australia starting with just six employees, which was soon followed by DUAL New Zealand in 2011.
3. I have held a number of roles at DUAL ANZ over the last 21 years including Underwriting Manager, Claims and Risk & Compliance Manager, ANZ General Manager, ANZ Managing Director, and most recently ANZ Executive Chairman.
4. In my free time, I enjoy travelling with my family and watching sports – I’ve attended five Football World Cups and hope to add a few more to the list!
