Ewan played an important role in the integration with-in Envest Networks where both Resilium and PSC Networks came together as one team looking after two brands. His service provided to VIC AR’s was of the highest quality, which was rewarded with his highest retention of AR’s across Australia during a huge period of turmoil post our exit from Steadfast.
Only a couple of weeks into this new role, Ewan has hit the ground running and forming strong relationships at all levels. Jake’s role within AEI has transformed and progressed over the 3 years with the team from initially providing a broker support role to now having taken on key responsibilities within the team in assisting an account manager. Jake in his 3 years has seen significant progression in both his industry knowledge, along with value he brings to his immediate team and AEI. Jake’s broking knowledge of products, insurer relationships and direct client contact make him a key pillar to both our North Sydney, Victorian and QLD based teams, having contact with a spread of clients across all states. Jake has also demonstrated his ability to be seen as a leader of younger contingent of staff within the office, being someone who younger staff look to for guidance and support when needed.
Outside of the above, Jake also brings a positive energy to the team and is someone who staff love to be around, creating a positive and inclusive culture. The prior two points we believe highlight Jake’s positive and fast-tracked progression in a short 3 year period in the scheme of a broking career. The value Jake has added in this time is reflective of the tools in his belt as a broker, all of which are the signs of a future leader within our organisation. Jake has been selected for AAP in recognition of the hard work and commitment he has displayed over the last 3 years. Furthermore, an opportunity to develop his leadership skills, which hopefully translate to the value he adds within AEI and to his own personal career progression within our industry. “Tyrone is a Senior Broker in our Commercial Team, responsible for managing a portfolio of existing mid-market clients while also supporting team leaders in new business development and policy placement. Since joining Howden, Tyrone has quickly become a valued and relied upon member of the team, providing expert support to both existing and new clients. Importantly, he also embodies our culture and is a true team player, collaborating effectively across departments, with colleagues, and with carriers.
Despite his youth, he demonstrates a strong work ethic, a genuine eagerness to learn and grow, and possesses the skillset needed to evolve not only as a broker but also as a future leader. DUAL is family, and we see a fantastic opportunity for Tyrone to connect with great people and leaders, step outside his comfort zone, and enjoy a rewarding experience alongside others. His involvement also sends a clear message that he has our full support."

Fun facts:
- I'm from Jersey (I wonder if everyone knows where that is).
- I play rugby for Gordon in the Shute Shield.
- I'm recently back from Bali in which was my first ever trip to Asia and certainly an experience!
- I'm unfortunate enough to support West Ham in the EPL.
- AAP is a great opportunity for me to expand my network within the wider Australian insurance community all whilst taking part in physical activities which is certainly my passion (along with food).

"Will Kaye was recently promoted to Client Executive in our General Lines team and has been with BMS for just over a year. Despite being relatively new to broking, Will has quickly made a strong impression through his energy, confidence, and natural ability to build rapport with both clients and the market. He has been actively supporting our Divisional Lead on complex placements and has recently begun managing his own portfolio.
Will approaches his development with enthusiasm and a genuine desire to grow. We’ve selected him for this opportunity to help build the skills needed to support his continued career progression."
