Accessing the Site
DUAL will endeavor to ensure that the Site is accessible for 24 hours a day but will not be liable if‚ for any reason‚ the Site is unavailable for any time or for any period. DUAL will have the right to suspend access to or withdraw or restrict access to some parts this website temporarily or permanently and without notice.
DUAL will not be liable for any loss or damage arising in contract‚ tort or otherwise if the Site is unavailable or suspended for any reason.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of any other provision. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the state of Delaware, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in the state of Delaware in respect of these Terms and Conditions and any dispute relating to them.
The state and federal courts located in the state of Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to the Site although we retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these conditions in your country of residence or any other relevant country.
