DUAL North America (“DUAL”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Dwain Chamberlain as Executive Vice President and Head of Specialty Healthcare while concurrently announcing the launch of the Specialty Healthcare program.

With a proven track record of success in the professional liability market and a wealth of experience in leadership, underwriting, and business development, Chamberlain will play a vital role in steering the Specialty Healthcare division. Reporting to Chief Casualty Officer, Connie Germano, Chamberlain is responsible for leading the strategic direction and growth of the Specialty Healthcare program.

The program provides comprehensive solutions to support medical professionals who serve in our healthcare industry. The program, which is carrier “A” Rated by A.M. Best, offers professional liability, general liability, optional sub-limit coverage including HIPPA, sexual misconduct, TRIA, employee benefits liability, and hired and non-owned auto liability.

Chamberlain joins DUAL from Hallmark Financial Services, Inc. where he most recently served as Senior Vice President. He brings more than 25 years of experience in the professional liability market with broad leadership, underwriting and business development experience.
