Underwriting requirements
Our underwriting process has two stages.
Stage 1: Indicative terms
To allow us to prepare indicative terms, we’ll need the basic deal parameters, including the sector, jurisdiction, and transaction value. We’ll also ask for the:
- Draft SPA
- Information memorandum (if available)
Stage 2: Full underwriting
To start the full underwriting process, we’ll need the following:
- Virtual Data Room access
- Advisor due diligence reports
- Disclosure letter, if any
- Reponses to our underwriting questions
