Advance Adventure Program 2025

DUAL hosted its 7th annual Advance Adventure Program, bringing together 40 brokers and DUAL team members from Australia and New Zealand across Sydney and the Blue Mountains. Over three immersive days, participants took part in challenging activities designed to build resilience, encourage collaboration, share industry insights and form meaningful professional connections.

The program commenced on Sunday evening with a welcome function, providing attendees with the opportunity to meet, connect and build relationships. Monday morning commenced at the DUAL Sydney office with breakfast, followed by an insightful Global Market Trends presentation delivered by Damien Coates, DUAL ANZ CEO.

From there, participants travelled to base camp in the picturesque Megalong Valley, where they were inspired by a powerful keynote presentation from James Castrission, My Adventure Group Founder. The evening concluded around the campfire with drinks, conversation and anticipation building for the adventure to come.

The following day was dedicated to abseiling and canyoning, with participants demonstrating exceptional courage and camaraderie as they tackled the challenges together. The day wrapped up back at base camp, sharing stories from the adventure, enjoying games and reflecting on the shared experience around the campfire.
