Ryan joined DUAL in 2025 as Senior Underwriter in Melbourne after spending 10 years across multiple roles in financial lines underwriting and broking. He was promoted to Assistant Regional Manager shortly after joining DUAL and assists in managing our Southern Underwriting team.

Jake joined DUAL in 2019 as an Underwriter in Brisbane after beginning his insurance career as an Insurance Broker with Consolidated Insurance Brokers. He was promoted to Senior Underwriter in 2025 and now manages a broad portfolio across Professional Indemnity, Management Liability, Cyber and associated Financial Lines products.
Jake works closely with brokers throughout Queensland, focusing on strategic renewal management, new business development and maintaining DUAL’s strong underwriting partnerships across the region.

Melissa joined DUAL in March 2026, bringing over 20 years’ experience in Financial Lines underwriting, including senior roles with Chubb and Delta Insurance.
