Kajsa has nearly 30 years of experience from various leading positions within the insurance industry from companies like Trygg-Hansa, Moderna Försäkringar, Zurich, Marsh and If. Since 2023 Kajsa has been the Managing Director of DUAL Nordics and together with her wealth of experience and highly specialised team of underwriters she is building a completely new insurance business in the Nordics.

Emile has many years of experience within the insurance business from his roles as Casualty Manager at both If Insurance, Trygg-Hansa, Moderna Försäkringar and Zurich. With his solid experience and great network Emile has the role as Head of Financial Lines underwriting at DUAL Nordics.

Erik has over 30 years of experience within the insurance industry and is a nestor within Financial Lines. Erik was involved in establishing Chubb in Sweden in the 90s and has also been active in Volvo for many years. With his long and solid experience Erik contributes as an advisor to DUAL Nordics.

Johan is responsible for DUAL Nordic's cyber offering, holding many years of experience in cyber insurance. In his previous role Johan was a Senior Cyber Underwriter at If and previously an underwriter for Cyber and Liability within Moderna Försäkringar.

Adam Sandström is responsible for DUAL Nordics offering within M&A. Prior to establishing DUAL’s Nordic M&A business in 2023, Adam held various roles and positions within the M&A and Private Equity domain. By working as legal and strategical advisor inhouse and by practicing as an M&A lawyer for several years (most recently at the Swedish top-tier law firm Mannheimer Swartling), he has gained extensive experience in a variety of complex M&A transactions within different industries primarily on the Nordic market.

Håkan is responsible for DUAL Nordic's Construction & Engineering offering, holding over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry with focus on C&E business. In his previous role Håkan was a Senior C&E Underwriter at Gar-Bo Försäkring and has also been SUW for C&E at Trygg-Hansa and Zurich and broker within Marsh.

Ebba is working with DUAL’s Nordics Cyber offerings for SMEs. She previously worked with Cyber insurance as a trainee at If and has a huge interest in the field.

Gözde has several years of experience within insurance sector from Sweden and abroad. In her previous role she worked as Senior Financial Lines underwriter at AIG. Prior to that Gözde also worked as Financial Lines broker and Multinational Clients Services leader at Marsh.

Yngve is responsible for Dual Nordics Surety offering, with more than 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. Previously Yngve was a Senior Underwriter, at Gar-Bo Försäkring AB for 14 years, both in surety and construction & engineering. Yngve has also been head of claims.

Stefan works as Senior Underwriter within our product line Dual Surety. With his long and extensive background (locally and internationally)
from various roles in banking and insurance, he has deep knowledge of the product and collaborations with customers, banks and other
insurance companies. Previously he worked at the credit insurance company Atradius.

Louise brings over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry, having previously served as Head of Broker Desk at Trygg-Hansa and worked as an insurance broker. Her diverse background provides her with a deep understanding of both the insurer and intermediary perspectives. As Head of Combined Commercial at DUAL Nordics, Louise contributes strategic insight, strong market engagement, and a customer-centric approach that strengthens the KOFF business area and its role as a valuable complement to other Lines of Business.

Madeleine workes as an Assistant Underwriter and support the underwrites with different tasks. She has worked within the insurance industry since 2001 both at Europeiska ERV and Trygg-Hansa. She's a specialist at being a generalist and has had various roles, such as Insurance administrator, Team leader, Group Manager and as an Marketing & Communication Coordinator.

Anders is responsible for DUAL Nordics financial activities, procedures, and strategy. Also developing strategies regarding compliance and governance. Anders joined us from his previous role as risk manager in the Swedish Armed Forces where he was responsible for internal governance, compliance, and financial activities.

Malin has previous experience from the arena and event sector, where she has held various roles. When she decided to change sector, she joined us at DUAL Nordics and now works as an assistant with various administrative responsibilities.

Evelina is working as an intern at DUAL Nordic’s as a part of her studies in insurance. Previously she has been managing her own business in the private sector of the healthcare industry.
