We are delighted to have been recognised as one of Insurance Business UK (IBUK) Top Insurance Employers for the second year running.

IBUK’s annual rankings of the best insurance companies to work for highlights firms that received high marks from their employees across key areas including benefits, workplace culture, and employee development.

DUAL stood out in the survey as our employees noted the company’s workplace environment and opportunities for involvement in business growth.

Simon McGinn, CEO of DUAL UK, said “It is fantastic to be recognised by IBUK as a top insurance employer and I’m delighted that our employees have rated us so highly across a range of factors.

Recruiting and retaining the very best talent is one of our key aims, and our recent rebrand has helped create an even more joined-up and collaborative working environment for our 25+ business lines and support functions.

“We conduct an annual global people survey and the results tell us that our people-first culture and entrepreneurial approach really sets us apart as an employer. Alongside this, we are deeply committed to supporting our people with the tools they need to progress at whatever stage they’re at in their career, and naturally, our benefits are excellent.”

Data gathered from insurance employees by IBUK in the survey show that bonus and incentive schemes, pension and retirement plans, and flexible working arrangements continue to be the most valued offerings.

At DUAL, we offer our employees a generous pension scheme with matched employer contributions, retirement planning coaching, bonuses and consider all flexible working requests on an individual basis.

Methodology

To be considered in these awards, Insurance Business UK invited organisations to explain their employee proposition covering all areas of employment and workplace environment. DUAL employees in the UK anonymously completed a form with their views on benefits, compensation, culture, employee development and DUAL’s commitment to diversity and inclusion.

To be considered, as well as a minimum number of responses, entrants also needed to achieve at least 75% average satisfaction rating from employees. DUAL achieved an outstanding 79%.
