Fair Value Assessments

Following the FCA’s Policy Statement PS25/21, which removed the prescriptive requirement for mandatory annual product reviews, DUAL adopted a risk-based approach to the Fair Value Assessment (“FVA”) review cycle. This approach is proportionate to each product’s characteristics and its potential to cause foreseeable customer harm.

We have updated the FVAs to reflect the revised review schedule.
