DUAL UK recognised as a 5-Star MGA by Insurance Business UK

We are delighted to have been recognised as a 5-Star MGA in Insurance Business UK's Brokers on MGAs 2026 survey.

DUAL was named among the UK's leading MGAs, earning 5-Star recognition for the third time in four years, having previously achieved 5-Star status in 2023 and 2025. Insurance Business UK highlighted DUAL as one of a select group of MGAs to achieve repeat recognition from broker partners.

The annual survey asked brokers from across the UK to rate their MGA partners on a range of criteria including technical and product expertise, responsiveness, pricing, reputation and service delivery. Insurance Business UK's research draws on feedback from brokers across the market and recognises MGAs that consistently deliver outstanding service, expertise and value. It reinforces the importance brokers place on specialist knowledge and excellent service, with technical expertise and overall responsiveness emerging as the most valued attributes. 

With more than 300 MGAs now operating in the UK market, achieving 5-Star status reflects the strength of DUAL's proposition and its commitment of working together with brokers to find specialist underwriting solutions that navigate the risks of tomorrow.
