With nearly two decades of experience at Allianz, where he served as CEO of Allianz Commercial and sat on the UK PLC board, Simon brings a wealth of industry insight and leadership expertise. 

Simon is joined by Rebecca Bramley, Head of HR at DUAL UK, who has been instrumental in shaping the company’s people strategy since joining in 2015. Rebecca began her journey with Howden in 2013 and now leads a dual-focused HR mission: empowering teams to reach their full potential while aligning people solutions with business strategy. Rebecca has guided DUAL UK through multiple phases of transformation and growth and collaborates closely with the wider group on talent acquisition, leadership development, and employee rewards.
