Insurance Business UK recognises employers who take a proactive approach to engaging and supporting their people. In IBUK’s survey, our people praised their workplace environment, opportunities to contribute to business growth, and our people-first, entrepreneurial culture.

Methodology - a recognition shaped by our people

To be considered for this award, Insurance Business UK asked businesses to outline their approach to pay and benefits, learning and development, culture, and diversity and inclusion, before inviting employees to complete anonymous surveys assessing their experience across these areas.

Only companies achieving an average employee satisfaction score of at least 80% were recognised in the final list. Our people praised our workplace environment, opportunities to contribute to business growth, and our people-first, entrepreneurial culture.
