Faces of DUAL: Meet Faye Graham

Hi, I’m Faye Graham, Communications Manager at DUAL UK, and I’ve been working at DUAL for almost a year now. 

What do you enjoy most about working at DUAL?
I love the pace and variety of working at DUAL.

What are you and your team currently working on?
The marketing team is involved in a wide range of projects at any given time. I’m responsible for internal communications and media relations. On the internal comms side, we manage several regular channels, including a monthly broadcast, a monthly newsletter, and regular networking events. These are vital for helping people across the business understand our goals, collaborate effectively, and celebrate successes as they happen.

Tell us a little about your career path.
I began my career in professional services. When my children were young, I took a long career break. Once my youngest started school, I completed a Diploma in Marketing and worked locally for a couple of years before applying to DUAL and returning to work in London.

Describe working at DUAL in three words.
Supportive, varied, and vibrant.

What do you like to do outside of work?
Outside of work, I love visiting art galleries and the theatre. I also have a large garden, so I enjoy growing my own flowers—and I just like going to the pub!
