DUAL North America makes underwriting leadership appointment in casualty division

DUAL North America (“DUAL”), a leading underwriting organization, announced the appointment of an experienced leader to its growing team. Andreas Graham joins as Executive Vice President of the EIURS team.

In his new role, Graham will lead the EIURS team, which specializes in middle market energy casualty, ocean marine, and inland marine underwriting, focusing on driving growth and solidifying DUAL’s presence in this critical market segment. 

A recognized leader in the casualty insurance space, Graham brings extensive expertise in marine and energy risks. Most recently, he served as Head of Excess Casualty National Accounts at Everest Insurance, where he managed a diverse portfolio across energy, construction, and general industry sectors. Graham’s strategic vision and leadership were instrumental in building Everest’s energy excess casualty book and managing the profitability and direction of these complex lines of business. 

With more than twenty years of industry experience, Graham has held senior positions at AIG, ACE USA, and ProSightSpecialty, further broadening his knowledge across the energy, marine, and construction markets. His proven track record of innovation and success positions him to make an immediate impact at DUAL. 

Based in Boston, Graham will report to Connie Germano, Chief Casualty Officer at DUAL North America.
